Due to hygiene and personal care standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been delivered.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing an order.

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery Errors
In case of delivery delays or lost shipments, we will coordinate with our shipping partner (Shiprocket) to track and resolve the issue promptly.
